John Sidney McCain IV was born in 1986 and is John McCain’s fifth son. He graduated from the Naval Academy in 2009 and pursued a Master’s Degree at Georgetown University. He has served in the military as a Navy lieutenant and a helicopter pilot since 2011. In 2013, he married Renee Swift, who also serves in the military as a United States Air Force pilot.
